Terms and Conditions
These are the following general conditions for you as a consumer/customer at Midohairandbeauty when ordering goods at www.midohairandbeauty.com.
In order to make a purchase in the online shop, the customer must accept our general terms and conditions and through this the customer will be able to complete the purchase. The customer has now entered into an agreement with Midohair & beauty with organization number: 199712295501 and has read the information. According to the Swedish law, orders for goods must be made by persons who are over 18 years of age or with the approval of a guardian. Midohairandbeauty only accepts orders from people who provide the correct personal information. If incorrect personal information is shared, Midohairandbeauty has the right to refuse or cancel the purchase.
Midohairandbeauty is responsible for any printing errors in text, image and product specification on all products in the webshop. In the event of any errors in e.g. in indicating stock balance, prices, etc.
Midohairandbeauty reserves the right to correct the error and update the information afterwards.
Midohairandbeauty places great emphasis on delivering the right color and shade, but due to certain color settings on different monitors and different lights, some colors may be misconstrued. Regarding Midohairandbeauty’s Raw Luxury Vietnamese hair, each bundle may look different as the hair is completely untreated and comes from a donor, so this may mean some exchange in some of our natural colors.
As a customer, you should follow our care advice and information relating to each product ordered.
In case of questions, dissatisfaction complaints, the customer should contact our customer service at info@midohairandbeauty.com in the first instance.
In the event of a dispute, the customer has the right to turn to the General Claims Board http://www.arn.se/ or the European Commission's http://ec.europa.eu/odr online platform for dispute resolution.
Midohairandbeauty reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions when deemed necessary and these changes are published on www.midohairandbeauty.com and notified to customers. The changes shall come into effect in connection with a new order of products from Midohairandbeauty.
Prices and payment
In each product, the price is always stated including VAT. If the price would changed for any reason between the time of the order and delivery, the price that was shown on the day of the order is the valid price for the order. For customers outside the EU, prices are exclusive of VAT. Please note that local taxes or duties may be added. In addition to the price of the product, there may be additional costs for example, delivery or payment method depending on the customer's choice. This information can be found at checkout. Before your order is processed, the total price to be paid must be clearly stated. When purchasing for more than 100 USD, standard shipping is included in the price.
When it concerns promotions or price reductions, it must be stated directly on the product or when the discount code is specified. Our campaigns and offers have limited times and are valid while stocks last and cannot be combined with other discount codes, etc.
CARD INVOICE PAYMENT, BANK TRANSFER AND SWISH
For a simple, fast and flexible card payment, Midohairandbeaty cooperates with Stripe or Paypal where you can complete your purchases with Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards that are approved for online shopping without any complications. By leaving your information at checkout, you agree to Stripe's and Paypal's terms and conditions, and by completing the purchase, you agree to Midohairandbeauty’s general terms and conditions. You also have the option of paying by direct bank transfer, bank giro and Swish. See more information on different payment methods "Bank transfer".
Midohairandbeauty offers Klarna as an alternative for payment. In Klarna, you can choose direct payment, pay later or split the bill. Please note that when paying a bill, a credit check is carried out to see if you are creditworthy and that all the information you enter matches your social security number and registered address. When you choose Klarna as an alternative payment, their payment terms apply. If your credit is denied you will have to contact Klarna in the first place.
Deliveries and delivery of dangerous goods
The customer can see the available delivery options, prices and select the desired delivery method at checkout. After a completed purchase, an order confirmation is sent to the customer. The customer must read through and check that all information is correct. When the order is ready for delivery from our warehouse, another delivery confirmation with a tracking number is sent to the customer at the email address entered at the checkout. If the customer entered the wrong delivery address when ordering, the delivery may be delayed, incorrect or lead to an auto-return. The customer is responsible for the delivery address being correct when ordering. If the customer chooses for the post office to deliver the package outside their door, we ask the customer to keep in mind that "the customer is responsible for the package after it has been delivered".
Midohairandbeauty's endeavor is to always have our products in stock and deliver them as quickly as we can within the specified time frames. But the customer must bear in mind that there may be delays and longer delivery times due to, high seasons such as long weekends, Christmas etc. If the product ordered is unavailable or out of stock, it will be clearly stated both on the product page and in the checkout. Midohair makes sure to contact the customer if some of the customer's products cannot be delivered on time. If we at Midohair delivers a package and it has not arrived within 14 days from the order date, the customer must contact us by email so that we can resolve the situation, alternatively cancel the purchase if the package has not been received after two weeks.
Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Express delivery time is 1-3 working days.
International standard delivery time is 7-10 working days.
International express delivery time is 4-7 working days.
NOTE: There may be changes in delivery times in connection with holidays.
For orders of our custom-made Luxury Raw Vietnamese wigs, the delivery time is between 14-21 working days. The customer can always contact info@midohairandbeauty.com with questions regarding our Luxury Raw Vietnamese Hair before placing an order.
After the order is sent out to the customer, it must be triggered within 14 days. If the package is not picked up after 14 days, the package will be returned to us and the customer will be charged for both the shipping cost and the returning shipping cost. When ordering with free standard shipping, the customer must only be charged for the returned shipping cost.
In any event of any changes in the order or cancellation of the order, the customer must contact Midohairandbeauty at info@midohairandbeauty.com or our customer service number 0767105737. Please note that an additional cost may be added for this purpose, for example if it concerns a price difference or if the product has already arrived.
DELIVERY OF DANGEROUS GOODS
Some of Midohairandbeauty's products such as glue, glue removers for hair extensions and wigs are classified as dangerous goods as they contain flammable substances and are therefore subject to special delivery restrictions. The delivery of these products takes place with "Mypack Home", where the product is delivered to the customer's home. The package is picked up on presentation of identification. If the customer misses a pick-up, she can pick up the package at the nearest service point or book a new home delivery at extra cost. When exchanging or returning dangerous goods, i.e. glue, remover, etc. The customer must take into account the special transport requirements that exist and follow them.
RETURN RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND COMPLAINT
Midohairandbeauty applies the swedish law (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises, which means that the customer has the right to cancel the purchase and complain about the product if a fault is discovered. We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you as a customer have 14 days after receiving the product to request a return and 30 days rights of exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you had received it, i.e. unused with tags and in the original packaging. Hair extensions, wigs, ponytails or similar products are considered hygiene products and should therefore NOT be attached to the hair if the return is to be approved. You also need to present a receipt for your purchase. The fastest way to exchange the item is to first return what you have, and once the return has been approved, you can place a new order or alternatively exchange the item for another of the same price.
To start a return, please contact us at info@midohairandbeauty.com. It is only when the return is accepted that we send instructions on how and where to return the package. Please note that packages sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for returning shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.
In the event of a complaint where the customer received a product with a defect or a wrong product, Midohair is responsible for the entire return shipping cost.
Please note that certain items such as broken packaging or used products cannot be returned.
The return is carried out in the following way:
Pack the item well in its original packaging, preferably in the same package that the item came in, or in its own box.
Use our return form and return shipping slip enclosed with your delivery. Attach them together with your order and hand it to the nearest postal agent who delivered the package. (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, POSTNORD).
Keep the receipt and keep track of the tracking time.
ATTENTION! We charge SEK 99 for the return shipping for orders over SEK 999 and SEK 50 for orders under SEK 999 for the return shipping. This is adjusted according to the refund. The return shipping waybill is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply when the sealing of hair extensions is broken or hair/skin care products is broken. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to goods that have been customized according to the customer's instructions or customization. The right of withdrawal does not apply to all of our sale items. Be sure to always read the product description before completing an order with us.
When using the right of cancellation, the customer must pay for the return shipping and be responsible for the condition of the goods upon receipt of the package and during the return. The item must be sent well packaged with an unbroken label and in the original packaging. The item must be in good condition; i.e. unused, clean and not damaged or broken. The return must be made to Midohair & beauty according to the instructions given.
Midohairandbeauty does guarantee to either refund or exchange the product depending on the customer's wishes in accordance with the rights of withdrawal. The refund takes place under the condition that the item is returned in intact condition. i.e. the same condition as it was delivered to you. This means that the goods have not been damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn. Any marks and labels are intact. If the item is in altered condition, an assessment of value reduction will be made. The reduction in value is not refunded.
COMPLAINT
The right of complaint refers to goods that are or are considered to be faulty according to consumer protection legislation. If the customer believes that a product has a defect or is incorrect, the customer can complain about the product. In order for Midohairandbeauty to be able to assess the advertised item, the entire item must be returned, together with a detailed description of the fault and how the item was used. If the entire product is not returned, Midohair&beauty cannot make a complete assessment of the product's fault.
Midohairandbeauty can only assess and possibly refund for the part returned.
In the terms of a complaint, the customer must contact Midohairandbeauty as soon as possible after the fault has been discovered, via the contact details provided on the website. Complaints made within two months of the customer discovering the fault are always considered to have been submitted in time. The customer has a 3-year right of complaint on goods purchased on the website.
In the terms of a complaint about the installation of hair, this must be done to the person or salon that carried out the work, who is thus responsible for the work being carried out correctly. Unfortunately, Midohairandbeauty cannot compensate for the costs incurred by the customer for installation/removal of the hair or if the hair is damaged in connection with this. In case of product complaints, Midohair&beauty is responsible for the return cost.
Midohair&beauty reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, Midohair&beauty follows the General Complaints Board's guidelines. More information is available at www.konsumentverket.se
Refund
When the customer regrets their purchase, the amount the customer paid for the item is refunded. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. In the case of a complaint, Midohairandbeauty will also refund an amount corresponding to the standard shipping cost. Express shipping, or non-standard shipping, is non-refundable. In cases where the customer cancels the order only partially and keeps parts of the order, no shipping cost will be refunded.
If you have received a defective item, you must immediately notify Midohairandbeauty of this and return the item in accordance with the return information above. For goods deemed to be defective, Midohairandbeauty will issue a full refund, including return shipping costs. If the service has started, the right of withdrawal applies to the remaining part of the service that has not started.
From the amount to be refunded, Midohair&beauty is entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods compared to the original value of the goods, if and to the extent that such decrease in value is due to the customer handling the goods to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function.
Midohairandbeauty pays back the amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the date the customer's notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal was received, provided that Midohair&beauty has received the goods in return. Refund takes place via the payment option chosen by the customer, provided that no other agreement has been made or there are obstacles to such refund.
GUARANTEE
Midohairandbeauty has certain goods that can be covered by warranty. Information about any warranty period and special warranty conditions for each product can be found on the website, under the product description or in these conditions. The warranty for goods only covers the existing defects discovered upon delivery, and thus not defects that have arisen due to incorrect handling or after an own change in the function and appearance of the goods.
PRODUCT LIABILITY
Midohairandbeauty disclaims all responsibility for how the product is used and handed over to the buyer. The buyer is fully responsible for how the product is used, and must check for any allergies or errors. Midohairandbeauty always recommends that the products are used in the manner specified in the product information on the website. Current information is only the information displayed on Midohairandbeauty's website.
PRIVACY POLICY/PERSONAL DATA
At Midohairandbeauty, we protect the customer's personal integrity and strive to always protect all personal data in the best possible way. Midohair&beauty intends to comply with all applicable laws and regulations for personal data protection. Processing of personal data takes place in accordance with current legislation and means that personal data is not kept for longer than necessary with regard to the purposes of the processing. When the data is no longer necessary, it is deleted. When handling personal data, high security and confidentiality are always observed.
By accepting the policy on the website in connection with a purchase or when providing information, the customer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with this policy. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in accordance with GDPR in our operations to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In such cases, contact us by email. Midohairandbeauty 9712295501 is the data controller for the processing of the customer's personal data.
When choosing Klarna, Qliro or Svea etc. as a payment option, the customer has also entered into an agreement with them, thereby their rules for handling personal data are applied.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the case of events such as war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, non-delivery from suppliers, authority decisions and equivalent events that could not have been foreseen, this shall be attributed to force majeure. This means that Midohair&beauty is released from our obligations to fulfill mentioned agreement. These circumstances shall constitute a basis for exemption which entails exemption from damages and other penalties. If such a circumstance lasts for more than two months, both parties have the right to terminate the contract. In the event of such a situation, Midohairandbeauty must inform the customer of the current situation.
Cookies, Privacy policy & The personal information we collect
When you visit our website, we automatically collect information about your device; including information about your browser, IP address, time zone and some of the cookies installed on your device. While you use the website, we also collect information about the pages and products you visit, which websites or search phrases have brought you to the page, and information about how you interact with our website.
